In short: Synthesist Transformation (ST) collects only the personal data needed to deliver your order, class or project. We never sell it. Payments are handled by CHIP. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, and we reply within 21 days, as required by Malaysia's PDPA 2010.

Synthesist Transformation Enterprise ("ST", "we", "us"), registered with SSM (PG0586128-K), Puchong, Selangor. This policy covers our website stmy.online, our templates and kits, our classes (online and physical), our Done-For-You services (delivered 100% online) and the ST Affiliate Programme. By using them or buying from us, you agree to this policy.

Payments are processed by our payment gateway, CHIP. We never see or store your full card or online banking details.

Analytics Google Tag Manager helps us see which pages are useful.
Advertising The Meta (Facebook) Pixel measures our ads and shows them to past visitors.

Affiliate referral: if you arrive through an affiliate link, your browser remembers that affiliate code for 60 days, so the right affiliate is credited if you buy. It holds only the code, nothing about you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site still works without analytics and advertising cookies.

🤝 Who We Share It With

We never sell your personal data. We share only what each trusted service needs to do its job:

• Affiliates: if you buy through an affiliate link, the affiliate is credited for the sale. They see only the product, date and commission, never your name or contact details.
• The law: when required by Malaysian law, a court order or a government authority.
• Business changes: if ST is merged or sold, we will tell you before your data moves.
• With your consent: for anything else, only when you have agreed.

🧩 Templates & Kits

• We use your name and email to send your download or copy link, and your phone number only if you ask for WhatsApp support.
• Most templates are copied into your own Google account. Anything you type into your copy stays in your account, and we cannot see it.
• Free tools, like the Senarai Semak, save your answers in your own browser unless you choose to send them to us.

🔐 Your Accounts During Done-For-You Work

• Done-For-You work is done 100% online. We use the logins or access you give us only for the work you ordered.
• Your handover PDF with your logins is sent only to you. We delete any passwords we hold once handover is complete.
• After handover, please change your passwords and turn on two-step verification. You own every account we set up for you.
• For SSM registration help, you complete the MyKad and selfie verification yourself on your own SSM account. We do not keep copies of your MyKad.
• Video calls are not recorded unless you agree first.

📍 Classes

• When you register for a class (online or physical), we collect your name, phone number, email, the class format you chose, and a short note on your business or idea.
• We use these details to manage your seat, send you the link or the venue, date and time, and prepare examples that fit your business.
• If a venue needs an attendee list for entry, we share only your name.
• Online classes are recorded only if we tell you first. Recordings are shared only with that class.
• We may take photos or short videos during class. We tell you before we start, and you can ask not to appear. We only post photos where you can be recognised if you agree.
• Anything you share about your business in class stays in class. Please respect other participants' privacy too.

🔗 ST Affiliate Programme

• What we collect: your name, email, mobile number, bank name, account holder name and account number, plus the clicks and sales made through your link.
• Why: to review your application, run your Affiliate Portal, credit your sales, pay your commission and keep payout records for tax.
• Who can see it: only ST Admin. Your records are kept in a private Google Sheets in the ST account. Your PIN is stored in scrambled (hashed) form, so even we cannot read it.
• Your control: you can update your profile and bank details in the portal at any time. ST Admin is notified when bank details change, to protect your payouts.
• Leaving: tell us and we close your account. Payout records stay for 7 years because tax law requires it.

📲 WhatsApp & Email Messages

• We message you about your order, booking or project, and reply to your questions.
• Tips, updates and offers are sent only if you agreed. Saying yes is never a condition of buying.
• To stop, reply STOP on WhatsApp, click unsubscribe in an email, or just tell us.

✅ Your Rights Under the PDPA

• See the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Withdraw consent or ask us to limit how we use your data.
• Delete your data, except records we must keep by law.
• Get a copy of your data to take elsewhere.

Email or WhatsApp us with your request. We reply within 21 days.

SecurityAccess is limited to ST, on secure accounts. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
Data breachesIf a breach affects you, we notify you and the authorities as the PDPA requires.
Outside MalaysiaSome services (like Google and Meta) store data overseas, under their own strong protections.

❓ Quick Questions

How do I ask you to delete my data?

Email or WhatsApp us with your name and the email or phone number you used. We confirm once it is done. Order and invoice records stay for 7 years because tax law requires it.

Is this site for children?

No. Our services are for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us. If you think a child has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.

What about links to other websites?

We may link to tools and sites we recommend. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

Will this policy change?

We review it from time to time. We will tell you by email or a clear notice on our website before changes take effect, and the date at the top always shows the latest version.

⚖️ Limits of Our Responsibility

• No guaranteed results. We share tools, guidance and builds in good faith. Results such as Google rankings, leads, sales or income depend on many things outside our control and are not guaranteed.
• Liability cap. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid ST for the product or service concerned.
• No indirect loss. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities or business interruption.
• Your part. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and materials you give us, for having the rights to use them, and for keeping your own logins and passwords safe.
• Third-party platforms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, fees or decisions by Google, Meta, Cloudflare, CHIP, Gamma, Orderla or other platforms we build on.
• Events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages, illness or natural disasters.

🤝 If Something Goes Wrong

1. Talk to us first. Email or WhatsApp us and we will work with you in good faith to fix it within 30 working days.
2. If we can't agree, either of us may refer the matter to mediation before taking further steps.
3. This policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are handled in Malaysia.

If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
