Refund & Delivery Policy

For every Synthesist Transformation purchase: custom builds, digital tools and sessions.

In short: Synthesist Transformation (ST) delivers ebooks (RDT), templates and Done-For-You work online, and runs physical classes at a selected location. Custom work is non-refundable once it starts, and ebooks and templates are not refunded for a change of mind once the access link is sent, without limiting your rights under applicable law. Classes and sessions follow a 100% / 50% / 0% cancellation scale based on working days' notice. Report any problem within 7 working days and we reply within 3 business days. All time periods in this policy are counted in working days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays that apply to ST's operations.

🔒 All Sales Are Final

Every custom project is built from scratch around your brief. Time, expertise and resources are committed from day one.

• Payments and deposits for custom websites, applications and Done-For-You builds are non-refundable once work begins.
• Once the final product is approved and deployed, the project is complete and officially closed.
• Change of mind after work has started or after delivery is not grounds for a refund.
• Each order is final at payment: add-ons such as Keutamaan or the Written Summary must be purchased together with the main package in one order, and cannot be added to the same order after payment.
• Jom Berkembang (Premium) follow-up sessions (day 30, 55 and 80) must be taken within 5 working days of each target date. Unused sessions do not carry forward and are not refundable.

✅ When You Get a Full Refund

• We cancel your order or project before work begins.
• We are unable to deliver what was agreed.
• You were charged twice or the wrong amount by a payment error.
• Malaysian law gives you a mandatory right to a refund.

📅 Cancelling a Class, Session or Consultation

Counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays) before your session date.

100% 14+ working days Plan changed early? You get everything back.
50% 4 to 13 working days Half covers the preparation already done.
0% 3 working days or less Your slot and materials are already locked in.

Example: for a session on Wed 2 Dec 2026, tell us by Thu 12 Nov 2026 for 100%. Missed sessions without notice count as delivered. If we cancel, you choose a new date or a full refund.

📦 How You Receive Your Order

🧩 Ebooks & templates Ebooks (RDT) open on an access page straight after successful payment, and the same link is emailed within 1 working day. For the 6-ebook bundle (RDT Kombo), all six access links are emailed within 1 working day. Other templates are sent by email or download link, usually within 1 working day. Nothing is posted to you.
💻 Done-For-You 100% online. We work remotely and keep in touch by WhatsApp, email or video call. Your logins and handover PDF are sent by email.
📍 Physical classes Held in person at a selected location. The venue, date and time are stated in your booking and confirmed by WhatsApp or email at least 3 working days before.
• Ebooks (RDT) and templates: we do not offer refunds for a change of mind once the access link has been sent. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law. If a file is broken or will not open, contact us within 7 working days of the date the access link was sent for help and a replacement file. If the problem cannot be fixed, we will consider a further remedy under this policy and applicable law.
• Done-For-You timelines depend on you sending the details we need and replying promptly at each stage.
• Classes: please bring what the booking asks for, such as a phone or laptop. Your own travel and parking costs are not covered. If we change the venue or date, you choose the new arrangement or a full refund.

🔑 Handover of Admin Access

Logins, admin panels and ownership rights are transferred once both are done:

1 · Full balance paid The final invoice is settled in full.
2 · Project approved Your sign-off confirms the agreed scope is met.

✉️ How to Raise an Issue

1. Email or WhatsApp us within 7 working days of delivery or your session date.
2. Include your order number and what went wrong, with screenshots if possible.
3. We reply within 3 business days.
4. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

❓ Quick Questions

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Not for custom work once it has started, or for ebooks and templates once the access link has been sent. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law, and a broken file is always fixed or replaced. Classes and sessions follow the cancellation scale above.

Is anything shipped to me?

No. Ebooks, templates and Done-For-You work are delivered online. Physical classes take place in person at the venue stated in your booking.

Can someone else attend my class seat?

Yes. Tell us their name by WhatsApp or email at least 1 working day before the class, and they can take your seat at no extra cost.

Will this policy change?

We review it from time to time. You will be told by email or a clear notice on our website before changes take effect. Nothing here limits your rights under Malaysian consumer law.

⚖️ Limits of Our Responsibility

• No guaranteed results. We share tools, guidance and builds in good faith. Results such as Google rankings, leads, sales or income depend on many things outside our control and are not guaranteed.
• Liability cap. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid ST for the product or service concerned.
• No indirect loss. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities or business interruption.
• Your part. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and materials you give us, for having the rights to use them, and for keeping your own logins and passwords safe.
• Third-party platforms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, fees or decisions by Google, Meta, Orderla, CHIP, Gamma or other platforms we build on.
• Events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages, illness or natural disasters.

🤝 If Something Goes Wrong

1. Talk to us first. Email or WhatsApp us and we will work with you in good faith to fix it within 30 working days.
2. If we can't agree, either of us may refer the matter to mediation before taking further steps.
3. This policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are handled in Malaysia.

If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
