Yes. We'll send a short discovery form after payment. The more context you give us, the better the output. You don't need to be technical, just be honest about your needs.
What if I don't like what's built?
Revisions are included in package. We work from your feedback. We want you to be genuinely happy with the result.
Can I request something not in the list?
Nothing is impossible. Book a scoping call and describe what you need, if we can build it well and stand behind it, we'll quote you. We won't take on work we can't do properly.
What happens after the support period ends?
You own everything we built. Files, logins, documentation, all yours. For ongoing support or updates, ask us about a maintenance arrangement.
Is there a refund policy?
We do not offer refunds once build work has started. That's exactly why the scoping call exists, to make sure we're fully aligned before any work or payment is committed.
